Rosemary (Rosmarinum Officinalis) Essential Oil:

• taken from the steam distilled fresh needles of the common rosemary bush native to the Mediterranean which has a mild camphor like scent.
• muscle pains, cramps, sprains (massage and bath)
• brightens mood, energises, improves mental clarity and memory
• eases pain eg headaches (direct inhalation)
• disorientation, indecision and burnout (direct inhalation)
