  • Snow White and Her Animal Friends: Message: You inspire trust and confidence Snow White and her Animal Friends speak: You are loved and trusted. Even the small ones of the forest gather with you, after times of great unrest, when they feel they cannot find another human to be with, who they can trust. Whether we are speaking of children, or friends, or those around you, you have the energy of the gentle ones, and thus the small ones, the vulnerable ones like us come to you, not to take, but to show you how trusted you are. It is not a burden, it is a great honour. Rarely do we show ourselves, but to you, we come, and lay our heads in your lap. There is such an air about you. You are a safe, good person. About Snow White and her Animal Friends: You have become the protector, and you are a caretaker with a covenant for the vulnerable ones. You will now make right choices that will see others inspired to interact with smaller animals, children, and vulnerable ones in gentle, caring ways. You have shown yourself to be trustworthy, and so the magickal creatures, the shapeshifters and their friends now come to you. Rabbits and hares are sacred to many witches, and the association dates back to ancient times, when the Hare was associated with two great goddesses, Ostara, and Andraste. Like these female deities, you are a protector. You have valour, courage, fierce power, and you are one who will protect their people... Because these gentle ones trust you, and have found safe haven with you, the hare shows it is time for fertility, new growth, procreation and haste! Fleet and wild, they are able to escape from harm by burrowing deep into the body of the Mother Goddess herself. The deer shows you are on your way to enlightenment through these gentle acts, and this purity of intent will have a ripple effect on the world around you. Divination: It is time for you to step up and protect others who are smaller and more fragile than you. This may be a reversal in roles for you, but the deer, and the hare, and the quiet soft ones have chosen you because they trust that you can do this job. You may feel an unlikely hero, and you may experience a completely unforeseen victory. But you can do it. You must take great steps now to live up to this honour and trust. It will be simple for you while you remain in the forest, but when you venture out into the world once again, will you eat what is put on the plate? Will you use the perfumes that have tested on these creatures? These beings ask you to take your commitment to the protection of animals one step further and live a life that is cruelty free, in all respects. Something you willed for a time will be given up for now to do something for the good of others. But your energy will change as a result, and that will bring to you your deepest dreams and desires, purified, and at the perfect time.

I am myself, and I am proud of who I am. No-one can harm me now I have this knowledge, and with my mystic familiar, my lone wolf by my side, I continue to walk my path. While I have lost some of my innocence, I have my life, my strength, my voice, my ability to stay myself no matter what others do or say. I will not be a victim. I am not a victim. I am alive. I will never give myself up to their chase. You are seen as an advocate for justice and for fair play. You defend others by being who you are, simply by refusing to hide away or be fearful. By waking up every day, despite any hardship, you are showing so many the way to live.   • Artemis of the Forest: Message: Now you are independent and free Artemis of the Forest speaks: This is a time for you to go within, into some kind of wilderness and wild place, whether this place is within you, or one that exists in the world. It is time for you to become self-reliant, quiet, stealthy, aware. You must take your place as a being who can survive, and who can support themself. You may see this as a test or hardship, but it is a great moment of coming into your own power. You have your quiver, your arrows and bows, and the companionship of the animals, the hounds, the deer, and the trees. You are able to take what must be taken for survival at this time. When you hunt, do so with honour. And eat what you have grown or created yourself. This way you will grow in valour, and connect more and more to the cycles of this world. The moon will shine on you as you hunt at night. You will tread softly. You will leave no tracks. You are in the sacred wild places, the nemetonas, and you are a strong, free, independent one. Remember too that when you find this independence, that is when the Great God, the King Stag, Cernunnos will come to you – the positive masculine will be drawn to you as you have no desire to exploit him or trap him. You will then know a good father, a true man, a wild and passionate lover, a caretaker and a gentleman, and a time for you to watch another care for you for awhile. About Artemis of the Forest: Artemis is the beautiful Greek virgin goddess of the wild ways: she is a goddess of the sickle moon, the shape of the bow she carries with her, her every arrow straight and true, nothing is wasted, and all is preserved, cared for, or put to rest. Artemis is a Goddess of self-sufficiency. Often referred to as a virgin, it is more that she is utterly self-reliant, and her strong, true huntress self can help you survive the time you find yourself in. Her symbols are the crescent moon, the bow and arrow, her hounds who hunt with her under moonlight, and her deer, who she is both the hunter of, and the guardian of. Artemis may be the fierce virgin huntress of the sickle moon; she is also a protector of those who are gentle and innocent – yet powerful. The deer holds that paradox within. Gentle, yet so powerful, and one who so many depend on for survival. Hunting is a sacred thing: how we obtain our food and how we discover the strength within ourselves is very much an act of Artemis. She will insist you go deep into the wilds, that you leave your comforts behind... and that you learn how strong you can be. She will confront you with the prospect of living close to the wild ways, and she will demand you be strong. She is a fearless Goddess, gentle when necessary, comforting when it is merited, but one who will do what must be done to survive, even if it means hunting for what it is she needs. She is depicted here with the great Celtic God, Cernunnos – the King Stag, and she has found her perfect counterpart – and is cared for, after this time of fierce independence. Divination: It is time for you to strip back to basics for a time, to test yourself against nature’s demands, to go without the luxuries and the support you believe you need to survive. You are about to discover you can provide for yourself, and yet remain as true as the hound, as gentle and alert as the deer, and as wild and free as Artemis herself. You must take up the silver arrows and silver bow of the huntress, keep them clean and sharp, waste nothing, and watch to know what to do next. Your senses, wiles and knowledge of the forest will keep you alive at this time. You must address the very fundamental things of your life, look at who or what provides them, and take steps to create a relationship with that. Water. Food. Some sort of shelter. Healing. And providing food. You will become the huntress for a time – and this is an empowering, enwildening thing. Once this is done, you shall be protected, cared for, and find the perfect protector and provider, who is inspired and delighted by your independence and strength.

It is likely you will begin to see with your eyes open another world superimposed over the top. Energy will form shapes around people, objects, plants and even buildings. You will see colours and energy fields, orbs and entities – you are able to see what once you could not. For a time this could lead to feeling confused, and feature disrupted sleep and a feeling that perhaps you may not be of sound mind. But this is not true. Unicorns have an alicorn, a spiral horn, holding the divine ratio and perfect proportions within it, which connects directly to their third eye. At this time, many messages are being drawn directly to your third eye and so your clairvoyant – clear seeing – capacity is growing and opening, and this may sometimes be disturbing for you. You may experience flashes of light at night – as though lightning is striking behind closed eyelids.
